Pleural mesothelioma is the most common
form of mesothelioma accounting for 80-90% of mesothelioma

There are two types of pleural mesothelioma, diffuse and
malignant (cancerous), and localized and benign
(non-cancerous).The pleura, is the tissues lining or covering
that surrounds the lungs.
Benign mesotheliomas can often be removed surgically, and
generally is not life threatening, and not usually related to
asbestos exposure. Malignant mesothelioma, however, is very
serious.
Malignant mesothelioma, a rare form of cancer, is a disease
in which cancer (malignant) cells are found in the sac lining

if you have shortness of breath, pain in your chest, or pain
or swelling in your abdomen. If you have symptoms, your doctor
